The beds were comfortable with clean sheets.

The sink had standing water that never drained and emitted a foul smell. Floors were sticky and the towels were stained, making the experience extremely unpleasant. I was also disappointed to find the walls had noticeable wear and tear, ruining the overall ambiance of the room.
